My brother and his wife live in Richmond, IN. Both are in serious need of having teeth pulled, but do not have the money or the insurance. They go to the ER quite a bit, with horrible toothaches. I am trying to find some way, some assistance for them to get some teeth pulled. I wasn't sure where to look, but while doing an internet search, though I would start here.
